How It Works

  1. The Patient calls and talks to your office designated answering service

  2. Answering service will put out a text or phone call to RN Always On Call nurse

  3. The nurse returns the patient’s call timely within 30 minutes

  4. The nurse will triage the call based the upon agreed protocols

  5. The nurse will offer a personalized medical action plan and advice

  6. If necessary, the nurse will send the patient to the Emergency Room or Labor and Delivery

  7. The nurse will escalate appropriate calls to the provider on call

  8. As the nurse handles the call, the details are documented in the EMR system and the encounter is sent to the physician’s office
